Lok Yi School – Mini-Bazaar and BBQ dinner

The Hong Kong Association of the Order of Malta has been working closely with the Caritas Lok Yi school for several years in supporting the needs of their boarding students with special needs. Last November, we volunteered at the school’s Mini-Bazaar to help the students with the games and with learning how to exchange gifts against tickets. It was a simple but fun-filled activity for everyone involved.

In December, we were back for their Christmas party. The students were very excited to watch us set up the BBQ stove pit and particularly enjoyed the first-time experience of barbequing the food with us over an open fire.

Another memorable fun-filled day!
