: HKAOM Investiture 2025

Volunteers from JP Morgan celebrate the end of school term with students of Caritas Lok Yi School

Last 17 July, 20 volunteers from JP Morgan Chase were gathering in the Hall to celebrate with 40 boarding students of Caritas Lok Yi School for the End of School Term. Some of the students were so excited to see the familiar faces of the volunteers. The volunteers from JP Morgan Chase, such as Xavier, Joyce and Nicole shared their past feelings and experience with the students. During the celebration, volunteers helped the students to decorate the name tags and watched the singing and dancing performance by the students and a parent. The highlight of the evening was a piano performance by one talented student who composed a song by himself. He learnt the piano skills from Youtube and we were all amazed at his talents.

Finally, the School Warden, Ms. Rachel Chow, together with two students presented a “Thank You” card to our volunteers. Last but not least, our volunteers assisted the students take their bedtime snacks before returning to their bedrooms. Our volunteers said they all had a wonderful time with the students.
