Wellbeing through small acts of kindness

One year into the pandemic and many are looking for ways to maintain our well-being. Connecting with others is a good stress reliever but social distancing constraints make in-person meetings difficult. Luckily, there are different ways to reach out. This month, Hong Kong Association of the Order of Malta Member Vivian Mock showed that she cared by arranging a drive to send cookies, candies and cookware to the low-income families of the Caritas Ngau Tau Kok Community Centre.
Vivian said that it‘s more important than ever to share because no one should feel alone during these difficult times. Moments of joy can be sparked by small acts of kindness.
