Asia Pacific Youth Camp

For decades the Order of Malta has a tradition of holding summer camps for disabled youth aged between 18 to 30. The goals of the camps are to forge a sense of community, promote cultural exchange and help young people to overcome personal barriers.

Building on successful camps hosted in Singapore (2017), the Philippines (2018), and Hong Kong (2019), the series continued with events in Australia (2022) and Thailand (2024). These gatherings bring together young people with disabilities and dedicated volunteers from across the region—including Australia, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and beyond—for unforgettable days filled with fun, friendship, adventure, and personal growth.

For participants with disabilities, the camps offer far more than a break from routine: they provide inspiring opportunities to explore the world, build independence, and discover new possibilities.

Interested in Volunteering? We are always seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and compassionate volunteers to support these transformative camps, including roles as team leaders. This is a rewarding chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young adults with disabilities and their carers.

If you are interested in participating as a guest or volunteering at future camps, please email: info@orderofmalta.org.hk
